Adult groups are open, without invented intermediate or advanced tiers. Before your first drop-in, describe your experience and goal so the team can point you to a suitable slot.
A typical session and the first 1–3 visits
A session typically combines warm-up, stance and guard, movement, a technical block, focus mitts or pads, controlled partner tasks, and conditioning. The exact plan depends on the coach and group.
In the first 1–3 sessions, a beginner typically meets stance, movement, basic hands and kicks, and focus-mitt or pad work. Kicks are not held back for an imaginary advanced tier. In coaching practice, timing, technique, and linking hands with legs matter more than maximum force. This describes a typical direction, not an identical plan promised for every class.

What students say
In an interview published on Troyan Studio’s Instagram, kickboxing students mainly mention a strong team — the people, support, and atmosphere in the group, including a parent’s comment about the coach’s attentive approach to children. See the student’s post on Instagram .

Contact, sparring, and equipment
A regular class may include controlled partner work, while sparring has its own blocks on the schedule. The coach decides readiness based on the student’s willingness and physical and technical readiness. See first sparring: what to expect .
Bring sportswear and water. You can train barefoot or in socks; indoor shoes are not required. Gloves and shin guards can be borrowed for the first sessions; your own equipment matters as the later format requires it.
