Classic boxing — technique, conditioning, confidence
Boxing is a classic school of hand work: punches, defense, slips, feints, footwork, and rhythm. At Troyan Studio we train it in a structured format: warm-up, technique, pad and bag work, controlled partner work, and conditioning. Sparring runs in separate schedule blocks. There is a place for everyone — from someone who has never put on gloves to a more experienced athlete working on specific details.
What boxing gives you
- Confidence — understanding the basics makes the first steps in a combat-sports gym calmer
- Conditioning — boxing combines footwork, punches, bag work, pads, and repeated rounds
- Coordination and reflex — hands, feet, guard, distance, and timing have to work together
- Release — full focus on technique leaves stress outside the door
Who it’s for
Boxing at Troyan Studio has no entry bar. We train together with:
- Beginners — fundamentals first: stance, guard, footwork, simple punches, and controlled pace
- Experienced athletes — intermediate groups with controlled partner work; sparring only in separate schedule blocks
- People with specific goals — technical work, group training, or personal sessions depending on what you need
- Kids — kids’ boxing appears in the current schedule; see martial arts for kids and the training schedule
